John Nicholson has worked with Complete Property Services for more than 15 years and oversees property management and field work for the company. When clients need assistance overseeing their mountain properties while they are away, John handles the winterization process and, if needed, monitors and checks on homes during the winter months. He also takes care of re-opening clients’ homes prior to their return for the summer season. In addition, John coordinates other home-maintenance needs such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. John also facilitates appliance installation for new construction builds, select carpentry assignments, and back-end accessory installs as well as handling select home security needs such as doorbell cameras.
